Insurance and Billing
EyeCare Consultants accepts most major insurance. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them before your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

Excellent team to work with. All of the Doctors and team treated me with respect. They explained what my options were and what to expect on my cataract surgery. I am so glad my Optometrist recommended them.

I recommend this facility to anyone needing excellent EyeCare. I had cataract surgery done there, was referred by my optometrist. Staff is super nice, surgical area cant be beat in staff and knowledge.
