The center’s charge for your scheduled procedure is already established and available upon request. This charge includes supplies, equipment and nursing services. It does not include your doctor’s fee, anesthesia services, post operative medicines, pathology (if required) or specialty items. It is important to understand that your charges have been estimated based on the procedures scheduled; you may receive a bill for additional money due if additional or different procedures are done based on your surgeon’s discretion.

If an overpayment is made on the account, you will receive a refund.
